Terms of Service

Effective date: June 24, 2026

Services

JC Local Content provides content writing, content strategy, brand voice support, content planning, optional on-site content capture, local visibility support, and related content services for local businesses.

Month-to-month service

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, services are provided on a month-to-month basis. No long-term contract is required.

Payment

Payment terms will be provided before work begins. Payments may be collected through Stripe or another approved payment method. Work may pause if payment is late or unsuccessful.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely approvals, needed photos or videos when applicable, and access to any materials required to complete the agreed services.

Content approval

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published or used. JC Local Content is not responsible for errors that remain after client approval.

Refunds and cancellations

Because content services involve time, planning, and custom work, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun. Clients may cancel future month-to-month service with written notice before the next billing period unless another agreement is in place.

Ownership and usage

After payment is received, clients may use final approved content created specifically for their business. JC Local Content may use non-confidential examples of work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

No guaranteed results

JC Local Content creates content to support visibility, consistency, and communication. Specific results such as followers, leads, rankings, sales, or revenue are not guaranteed.
